We have wall mounting bracket which can be installed on the shelf, the attached video can be sent to customers.

You can first send pictures and videos, our engineering will first analyze what is the problem, if it is a problem with the accessories, we can send the accessories over, if it is a screen problem, we can only re-send the machine over. If it is our problem, we can send it for free, if it is man-made or external damage, customers need to bear the cost.
